With his Father, William farms close to Cardington and is a specialty red onion producer. His Father Alastair in 2017 breed and developed the first sweet red onion in the world.

Jon is the cousin of William Findlay is a specialty grower of both red and brown onions, and is the newest member of the board of directors who joined in 2019.
EC Brown and Sons
Farming on the fertile fens of Cambridgeshire, Robert with his cousin farms a range of onion varieties along with maincrop potatoes. The family invested heavily in state-of-the-art long term onion storage to extend the UK season and reduce imports.
FG Rook & Son
Farming close to Biggleswade along with onions the Rook family farm extensively farm, fresh beetroot including innovative varieties such a Chioggia and Yellow types, as well as onions.
James Macdonald Farms
Grows 100 acres of Brown and Red Onions in Essex close to Colchester. Has grown garlic successfully on trial in previous years, as well as sweet onions.
James and Lawrie started growing onions on virgin land threee years ago and now have 50 acres in production. They grow both red and brown onions. They also have grown garlic successfully on trial for the Cooperative.
